Arceus judgement form

My idea was basic, but I think this turned out okay.
The Idea was that Arceus absorbed a stone similar to the jewel of life (Which gifts five elements), but this jewel was a combination of all of the plates, giving him power over all the elements without having to tediously swap plates. Plus, there idea of an angel like Arceus just felt awesome. I am sorry for the terrible quality, and I will digitally re-master it at a later date. I hope you guys like it
